Important Billing and Shipping Information

Forms of Payment: Wacom Direct accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Wacom cannot accept Visa gift cards due to restrictions by our financial processing service provider. Wacom America cannot accept credit cards outside of North America.

Orders $500 and Over: If your order, including any applicable shipping or tax, is $500 or more the billing address and shipping address must be the same.

Billing Address: Please be sure to provide your telephone number and address exactly as it appears on your billing statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Tax Exempt: If you are tax exempt and shipping to TX or WA, please call Customer Care at 800-922-6613 to place your tax exempt order.

Security: Orders are randomly screened as a fraud prevention safeguard. This may result in a delay of one to three business days if your order is selected for screening.

Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, security code and a valid phone number. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties.
  • All orders require 2-4 business days of processing time prior to shipping.

  • No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.

  • Wacom.com does not offer International shipping options at this time.
  • All orders shipped to addresses in Texas and Washington will be charged the appropriate state sales and/or local tax. The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.
  • APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes - Wacom.com does not ship to these types of addresses.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
