Return Policy
To return your online purchase: Wacom offers a 30 day "No Questions Asked" return policy. You should contact Wacom Customer Service via telephone (360-896-9833 Option #5) to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for shipping the product back to Wacom. Please send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the location you received over the phone, accompanied by your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase date. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Upon discovery of a defect in the product (Hardware only):
If you're within the Warranty Period, please contact Wacom Technical Support via telephone (360-896-9833 Option #4) to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for shipping the product to a service location designated by Wacom. You should send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the designated service location, accompanied by the RMA number, your name, address and telephone number, proof of purchase date, and a description of the defect. Wacom will pay for return shipping by UPS or by an equivalent service chosen by Wacom. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
